Teachers,
The lectures are intended to give highschool students a chance to hear
about current topics in science, without them necessarily having a
science background. We hope that we can arouse their curiosity and
encourage them to consider pursuing a university degree in the
sciences.
We hope that you will
encourage your students to attend. Should you wish to assign
extracurricular credit to students that attend the series (or parts
thereof), we can work out a scheme where we can take attendance, or
give them a simple quiz. Just let us know what you would like.
